Cancellation Policy

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds A minimum 50% deposit of the total fee is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final balance following the session. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which cannot be transferred to a future booking. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Any outstanding balance will be invoiced and must be paid in full. Late Arrival Policy Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrival will not extend session time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in session cancellation at the practitioner’s discretion, with all fees forfeited.
