From a child I was always talking to spirit. From the girl on the end of my bed, to the “Spanish man” that would visit me and teach me some words in Spanish. 

As I went through my schooling years my parents told me not to talk about “ghosts” and “shadows” and as I continued through school I shifted my focus and my gifts fell on the back burner. 

I had difficulty fitting in at school, I was born a psychic medium and have spent a large portion of my life not understanding my gifts and how i fit into the world. 

I went on to have 2 beautiful girls and when I turned 35, connected with an amazing mentor who rekindled my love for spirit which led me to finally understand my place and purpose in this lifetime, and explore my spiritual healing journey. 

I have lived through a difficult childhood, always feeling an outsider looking in on the world with many challenges, heartaches and have experienced my rock bottom. 
Yet, I am grateful for all of it, because years later my relationship with spirit has only strengthened as has my connection with, and understanding of myself. 

It’s from these experiences that my passion for helping others began and before long guided me to spiritual healing. 

I have always been an intuitive healer and after becoming a reiki practitioner I have continued to expand into shamanic reiki with the assistance of my shamanic mentor to deepen my connection with spirit and understanding of the interconnectedness of all. 

Each session with me will be different in some way and I am led intuitively by what you need.
